Prices and Payments
All prices quoted are in English Pounds (£ Sterling, GBP) and include VAT (at 17.5%) which is required by law to be charged to UK customers. Delivery charges are not included and are quoted separately depending on what part of the world you wish to purchase from. Orders over £100 have FREE first class delivery. We can offer prices for trade (excluding VAT) for export (no VAT) or for EC trade supply. We are able to offer prices in Euro or US dollars upon request. These business to business purchases are to be transacted via fax or email outside of this website.

Change of Mind / Returns Policy
You may change your mind within 30 days of receiving the goods ordered by post. If you do so you will be refunded the full amount paid provided that we receive back the said goods. Goods are to be returned to Tri-Pentox, Longdene House, Haslemere, Surrey GU27 2PH. United Kingdom.

Warranty
All products are warranted to remain usable for a period of one year from the date of dispatch provided proper care has been taken in storage and handling.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch goods within two working days of receipt of payment. Delivery schedules are guidelines only and are not guaranteed. Orders may be delivered in one or more delivery. Tri-Pentox does not accept any liability in any delays caused through any third party. It is your responsibility to be able to accept delivery of the goods. We shall not be held responsible after the first delivery attempt.

Delivery will only be made to the address given on your order.

If goods have not been received within 5 working days from receiving our confirmation message, you must inform us promptly as a delay in informing us may the process of investigation and claim settlement.

1) Tri-Pentox holds no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged products in transit.
2) Products may take up to 3 - 7 days for delivery.
3) Orders received after 12 noon on a Friday and during the weekend will be dealt with on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
4) Products are packed in a specially designed shipping carton for maximum protection.

Recorded Delivery (up to 500g)
1) To be offered as an alternative to first class up to a maximum weight of 500g.
2) Products will need to be signed for at the address given on the order otherwise you may need to change your delivery address to a work address. You should receive your delivery by 1pm (local time) within 2 - 5 working days.
3) Orders received after 12 noon on a Friday and during the weekend will be dealt with on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays).
4) Products are packed in a specially designed shipping carton for maximum protection.

Delivery Damage
If you suspect that the goods have been damaged in transit you must retain the packaging and goods for inspection until such time we settle the matter. In such cases you must inform us within 3 days of receipt of such damaged goods.

Should for whatever reason we are out of stock we reserve the right to not accept your order, or if we are unable to cash your payment, or if we identify a pricing or product error. We reserve the right to refuse any offer to purchase by you at any time. If we are unable to fulfill an order we shall contact you by email or telephone to advise you of the situation for you to have an option of cancellation or a delayed supply on the understanding our stocks are replenished rapidly.

Ownership of Property
Tri-Pentox will retain all legal ownership of the goods until such time full payment has been received. Legal ownership of the goods will automatically revert to us if we refund any such payment to you.
